Skritl – Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

EKKTA, who owns and operates the trade name Skritl, and is the proprietor of SKRITL chat bots and www.skritl.com web site, is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all users using our Services and any correspondences with our personnel. We will not sell, distribute, lease, or transfer your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

EKKTA does not does not directly access Personal data, except as expressly authorized by our Users, or as necessary to provide Services to our Users. Only our Users are entitled to access, retrieve and direct the use of their Personal Data.

This document details our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the terms listed below should have the following meaning:

“Account information” – means personal information about our users such as their name, address, phone number, email address, instant messaging ID, and credit card information, as well as certain related information like the company name and website name.

“Visitors” – individuals, who visit our online resources or conduct trials of our products and services, including the trials of demo products released for marketing purposes.

This Policy applies to all online resources operated by EKKTA, which link to this Policy, and covers Visitors and Users of our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Most our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our online resources without telling us who you are. However, some our Services may require you to provide us with personal data, which may include your direct identifiers, such as name, alias, birth date, address, email address, instant messaging ID, or telephone number. By voluntarily providing us with personal data, you represent that you are the owner of such personal data or otherwise have the requisite consent to provide it to us.

Where we rely on your consent to process the personal information, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time. Please note that this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

To help you the most from our experience our bot products will ask for your affirmative consent to access your display name, country/region and language, messages voice calls, and any other content that you or other participants share with the bot. We may also provide you with web links from third parties.

5. User control of data

In your User Profile settings you have a full control to access, manage, correct, change, delete, or export your Personally identifiable information at any time.

6. Use

The personal data we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

(a) Personalize your experience.
(b) Provide you with a rich interactive experience of using our Services.
(c) Operate, maintain and improve our Services, monitor the usage to detect, prevent and address technical issues.
(d) Provide customer service and support.
(e) Send notifications and mailings related to our services.
(f) Meet contractual obligations.
(g) Market our Services.
(h) Process and complete transactions, and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.

We are committed to ensuring that our users’ information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We use SSL technology to encrypt Personal data during transmission through public internet.

(e) To protect the security or integrity of our Services and any facilities or equipment used to make our Services available.

10. Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We may use automated decision making in processing your personal information for some services and products. You can request a manual review of the accuracy of automated decision if you are unhappy with it.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at privacy@ekkta.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Upon request we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. To request this information please contact us at privacy@ekkta.com. Requests to access, change, transfer, stop or restrict processing, remove, or erase your information will be handled within thirty (30) days.

16. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Your continued use of the Websites or the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes to this Policy. Your only remedy, if you do not accept the terms of this Policy, is to discontinue use of the Websites and the Services.
